Ingredients
- 1 jar Peanut Butter & Chocolate Flavored Spread
- 2 boxes or batches of your favorite cookies, like shortbread, butter cookies, chocolate chip, etc.
- (Optional) chocolate chips or chocolate wafers for melting & dipping + sprinkles if you like
Directions
Step 1: Spread 1-2 tbsp peanut butter & chocolate flavored spread on inside of 1 cookie.
SPREAD 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter & chocolate flavored spread on the inside of 1 cookie.
Step 2: Add a cookie on top.
ADD another cookie on top to form a sandwich.
Step 3: Dip in melted chocolate if you like and top with sprinkles.
For a sweeter treat, dip halfway in melted chocolate and top with sprinkles.
