GLOBAL SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT
The J.M. Smucker Company is the parent company of the Jif® brand. Together, the Company and our brand are committed to promoting and respecting human rights across our entire value chain. By extension, our suppliers must also abide by labor laws and the expectations laid out in our Global Supplier Code of Conduct. We expect our suppliers to conduct business responsibly, with integrity, honesty and transparency, and in adherence with laws.

Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) Certification
We received Supply Chain Certification from RSPO in 2012 and maintain that certification today. This means that 100% of the direct palm oil we purchase is certified through the Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil program. Commitments to the Future
Through the work to realize our corporate objectives as part of The J.M. Smucker Co., the Jif® brand has committed to specific, actionable guidelines and goals to keep us accountable. These include reducing water use and energy intensity, limiting scope 1, scope 2 and scope 3 GHG Emissions, and moving toward recycled or renewable resource materials for our packaging.
