Ingredients

    1 tablespoon Jif® Creamy Cashew Butter

    1 Boston Bibb lettuce leaf

    8 thin strips cucumber, cut into thin strips

    2 tablespoons matchstick cut carrots

    1 teaspoon Thai sweet chili sauce

    4 fresh cilantro leaves

Directions

  1. SPREAD cashew butter down center of lettuce leaf. Top with cucumber, carrots, chili sauce and cilantro. Overlap edges of lettuce leaf to create a wrap.
