Peanut Power Bites

Ingredients

    1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

    1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes

    1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

    1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries

    1/4 cup Jif® Peanut Powder

    1/4 cup flax seed meal

    1/2 cup honey

Directions

  1. LINE baking sheet with wax paper.
  2. STIR oats, coconut, chocolate chips, cranberries, peanut powder, flax seed and honey in large bowl until combined.
  3. ROLL into 1-inch balls. Place on prepared baking sheet. Chill 30 minutes.
