Peanut Chicken Roll-Ups

Ingredients

    3 tablespoons Jif® Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter

    1 (8-inch) whole wheat or flour tortilla

    1/4 cup broccoli cole slaw or cole slaw mix

    1 teaspoon fresh cilantro leaves

    2 ounces fully cooked chicken strips

    2 tablespoons Thai-style sweet red chili sauce

Directions

  1. SPREAD peanut butter on top of tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge.
  2. ARRANGE slaw mix, cilantro and chicken lengthwise down center of tortilla. Drizzle evenly with chili sauce. Roll up tightly. Cut in half before serving.
