Peanut Powder Frosting

Ingredients

    1 cup butter, softened

    3 cups powdered sugar

    1/2 cup Jif® Peanut Powder

    2 to 3 tablespoons milk or almond milk

Directions

  1. BEAT butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  2. ADD powdered sugar, peanut powder and 1 tablespoon milk.
  3. BEAT on low speed until combined. Beat on high, 3 to 5 minutes, adding additional 1 tablespoon milk, gradually, until desired consistency.
