Peanut Blondie

Ingredients

    1 cup butter, softened

    1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

    1 egg

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1 1/4 cups Pillsbury BEST™ All Purpose Flour

    3/4 cup Jif® Peanut Powder

    1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

  1. HEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. BEAT butter and brown sugar in large bowl with electric on medium speed until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Beat until combined. Stir in flour, peanut powder and baking soda until smooth. Place in 9-inch square baking pan.
  3. BAKE 23 to 26 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
