    1 cup skim milk or almond milk

    1/2 small ripe banana, peeled and frozen

    3 tablespoons Jif® Peanut Powder

    2 or 3 large ice cubes

Directions

  1. PLACE milk, banana, peanut powder and ice in blender container.
  2. COVER and process until smooth.
