PB&J Banana Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

    2 medium ripe bananas

    3/4 cup Jif® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread

    1 prepared chocolate cookie pie crust

    1 1/2 cups heavy cream, chilled

    3/4 cup Smucker’s® Natural Strawberry Fruit Spread

    Fresh strawberries, sliced

    Chopped peanuts

Directions

  1. BEAT bananas and peanut butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread evenly into pie crust.
  2. BEAT cream and preserves in large bowl on medium speed with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Freeze 3 hours.
  3. GARNISH with strawberries and peanuts.
