PB&J Banana Ice Cream Pie
2 medium ripe bananas
3/4 cup Jif® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
1 prepared chocolate cookie pie crust
1 1/2 cups heavy cream, chilled
3/4 cup Smucker’s® Natural Strawberry Fruit Spread
Fresh strawberries, sliced
- BEAT bananas and peanut butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread evenly into pie crust.
- BEAT cream and preserves in large bowl on medium speed with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Freeze 3 hours.
- GARNISH with strawberries and peanuts.
