Overnight Peanut Powder Oatmeal

Ingredients

    1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

    1/2 cup Jif® Peanut Powder

    1 cup milk

    1/4 cup vanilla Greek-style yogurt

    2 tablespoons honey

    Pinch of salt

    Sliced bananas, ground cinnamon or raisins

Directions

  1. COMBINE oats, peanut powder, milk, yogurt, honey and salt in medium bowl. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
  2. HEAT on HIGH 30 seconds in microwave before serving. Top with bananas, cinnamon or raisins.
