Asian Peanut Butter Dip
1/2 cup Jif® Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter Spread
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
Assorted fresh vegetables
- COMBINE peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, chives and ginger root in medium bowl until smooth. Serve with fresh cut vegetables like carrots, broccoli, celery, peppers, cauliflower, mushrooms and grape tomatoes.
