2009 Winner
Ten-year-old Jordyn from Lebanon, PA, is the winner of the Seventh Annual Jif® Most Creative Peanut Butter Sandwich Contest. Jordyn was inspired by an authentic Louisiana sandwich to create her winning "Po' Boy Peanut Butter Chicken Cheesesteak" sandwich. Jordyn's sandwich is a spin on a cheesesteak, made with chicken, peppers, onions and mozzarella cheese and a sauce made up of Jif peanut butter, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and honey mustard.

Crunchy Chinese Fortune Cookie Sandwich

2008 Winner
Eleven-year-old Samuel Sosa of Riverside, California took the grand prize with his Crunchy Chinese Fortune Cookie Sandwich. The fortune cookie-shaped sandwiches are served with an Asian-inspired dipping sauce of creamy peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, sesame oil and chile powder. The whole wheat bread provides valuable whole grain nutrition. To give the sandwich extra kick, you can sprinkle additional chile powder in the filling.

Alexandra, a 12-year-old from Ft. Wayne, Indiana edged out the competition to win the Fifth Annual "Jif® Most Creative Peanut Butter Sandwich Contest™." Alexandra?s love of sushi inspired her to create the Peanut Butter Rolls ? Sushi Style, consisting of Jif creamy peanut butter, strawberry cream cheese and fruit rolled in a crêpe, cut and served ?sushi style.? With added creativity, Alexandra substituted pretzel rods for chopsticks replaced soy sauce with chocolate yogurt. Alexandra loves to cook and has been helping her mom in the kitchen for as long as she can remember.

2006 Winner
Shannon, 7, of Manalapan, New Jersey was the winner of the Fourth Annual "Jif Most Creative Peanut Butter Sandwich Contest™." Shannon's love for accessories inspired her to create the Peanutty Pretty Purse Pita that included Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, a whole wheat pita pocket, strawberry-banana squeezable yogurt, a fresh banana and fresh strawberries. Shannon loves to cook as well as bake cakes. In addition to cooking, Shannon also enjoys arts and crafts, dancing, and helping her mother set the dinner table. Shannon wants to be a waitress or a hair stylist when she grows up.

Peanutty Wrapple Roll with Maple Dipping Sauce

2004 Winner
Jessica, a 12-year-old from New Jersey, wowed the judges with her impressive "Peanutty Wrapple Rolls with Maple Dipping Sauce," taking top honors in the second annual "Jif's Most Creative Peanut Butter Sandwich Contest for Kids."

Her winning entry combined Jif peanut butter, rice crisp cereal and apple filling with a sprinkle of brown sugar, all wrapped up in a flour tortilla. Jessica added a gourmet flair by pairing the sandwich with an original maple-cinnamon dipping sauce.

2003 Winner
Stephanie, a 12-year-old from Minnesota who loves to cook, was the winner of the first-ever "Jif's Most Creative Peanut Butter Sandwich Contest for Kids." Her extraordinary "Tropical Fantasy" entry combined toasted cinnamon bread with Jif peanut butter, banana slices, mandarin orange slices and pineapple chunks.

Stephanie added a touch of personal gourmet flair by grating fresh ginger over the fruit, and decorating the top of her sandwich with pomegranate seeds.
